Bowel Cleansing According to the GUA Method
GUA offers a 7-day health program that provides a radical body cleansing. Plaque, acids, candida, parasites, and other toxins are eliminated from the body, creating space for genuine self-healing.
NOTE! This is not a water-based colon irrigation.
Intestinal Plaque = Coating
Intestinal plaque refers to accumu-lations of undigested, dried food that adhere to the inner lining of the inte-stines and to the channels for digestive fluids. In some alternative health models, it is believed that such buildup may contribute to impaired bodily functions.
Dr. Deepak Chopra (USA)
describes “plaque” as undigested material that has dried and, over the years, formed a coating on the intestinal mucosa. According to Ayurvedic tradition, this is called ama, which is believed to block ojas—the pathways associated with vital energy.
How do you think this affects one’s mood and patience?
There is a protective mucus layer that covers the inside of the intestines. Harmful microorganisms can become trapped in this mucus and are then eliminated from the body through the stool.
An intestinal mucosal cell lives only a few days. This rapid turnover of intestinal cells prevents harmful bacteria from causing significant damage before they are expelled from the body.
This applies to a well-functioning digestive system—but how many people in the Western world have this today? In individuals with slower intestinal transit, the mucus layer, together with old fecal matter, can remain long enough to form a coating—plaque.
This coating can develop into a dense, rubbery mass that hinders nutrient absorption and the elimination of waste products. As a result, overall metabolism and the body’s biochemistry may be disrupted, potentially contributing to various health issues and emotional imbalance.

PLAQUE
When mucus-forming foods and sticky waste products from metabolism adhere to and dry inside the intestine, they turn into a sticky, putty- or rubber-like dark mass — plaque.
Plaque traps additional food residues in the intestines, and over time, the coating becomes thicker, hindering nutrient absorption and causing self-poisoning. The body’s self-healing ability is drastically reduced, leaving room for various diseases to develop.
Plaque causes narrowings and diverticula (pockets) in the intestines.
Plaque causes narrowings and diverticula (pockets) in the intestines.
Plaque cannot be removed from the intestinal wall through:
– Water flushes
– Enemas
– Fasting cures
Plaque does not come off with so-called colon hydrotherapy (intestinal cleansing with water).
Even Ledin’s “Clysmatic” (intestinal rinse with water) cannot remove the firmly attached plaque from the intestinal wall.
Other cleansing methods (pills, etc.) probably cleanse only a few grams per day.
GUA’s radical intestinal cleansing cure removes several kilos of plaque and other toxins in just one week.
The “plaque” does not detach with so-called colon hydrotherapy (water-based colon cleansing).

PLAQUE
Ledin’s “Clysmatic,” a water-based colon rinse, is also considered unable to remove the adherent “plaque” from the intestinal wall.
PLAQUE
Other cleansing methods (such as pills) are believed, in some alternative health approaches, to cleanse the intestines only minimally—likely only a few grams per day.
PLAQUE
According to the GUA method, the radical bowel-cleansing program is said to remove several kilograms of “plaque” and other waste materials from the intestines within just one week.
PLAQUE
The body’s self-healing capacity is believed, in some alternative health models, to increase significantly when this “plaque” is washed out.
You can study
the state of digestion by observing the tongue’s color, coating, fissures, shape, and other characteristics.
