TGUA’s Intestinal Cleansing Method
Dr. Bernard Jensen, Robert Gray, Birger Ledin, Maths Blomqvist
GUA’s inspiration comes from Dr. Bernard Jensen in the USA, who in his book “Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management” describes intestinal plaque and emphasizes the importance of colon cleansing. Robert Gray (USA) has also demonstrated the importance of cleansing the body of plaque, acids, and other toxins that hinder nutrient absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.
The naturopath Birger Ledin, in his book “Fyra vägar föra ut” (“Four Ways of Elimination”), highlights the importance of properly functioning elimination organs, as does Maths Blomqvist in his book “Filosofi och Hälsolära” (“Philosophy and Health Science”).

GUA in Sweden 1990–1999
Georg and UllaLii opened a health center in Hälsingland, Sweden, in 1990, where they offered their help to both the sick and the healthy. They also studied other types of comprehensive intestinal cleansing programs and found that the method they had chosen most closely resembled the one included in the Indian lifestyle and health system, Ayurveda. They favored this method because it produces quick, clear, and tangible results in restoring health and energy. From 1985 to July 1999, GUA hosted approximately 3,000 guests who underwent the health program.
Since 1992, GUA has systematically documented each guest’s results from the intestinal cleansing and conducted follow-ups in order to evaluate their method and confirm the effectiveness of the concept. They discovered that the GUA concept was more radical and effective than they had initially realized, and they continuously refined the methodology over the years. GUA came to understand that internal cleansing forms the foundation for preventing and treating most diseases, and that this type of treatment should come before all other forms of therapy.
Radical cleansing of plaque, acids, parasites, and Candida albicans
GUA’s guests experience a natural bowel cleansing every day, in which a black, sticky, firm, rubber-like substance—called plaque—is expelled. The plaque can vary in length, sometimes reaching up to one meter, and typically weighs between 200–500 grams per person per day. During the seven-day program, up to approximately 4 kilograms of toxic plaque may leave the intestines naturally.
As this plaque is gradually removed layer by layer from the inner walls of the intestines, significant amounts of excess acids and other toxins are also eliminated, along with worms and parasites. Guests who wish to do so can, with the help of a special GUA recipe, also cleanse the intestines of excess Candida albicans fungus. When the pH balance in the intestines is restored, it is also common for parasites and worms to disappear, as they can no longer survive once the protective plaque layer is removed.
GUA’s special cleansing of gallstones.
GUA also has a special formula that can empty the gallbladder of large amounts of gallstones (bilirubin and cholesterol stones), which are expelled through the intestines along with the plaque. This gallbladder cleansing is performed only during the second intestinal cleansing program, as the intestines first need to be cleared to make way for the stones. Remarkably, every person who has undergone the gallbladder cleanse has passed smaller or larger stones through the intestines. This process significantly improves one’s mood.
